The project

Overhauled network infrastructure through deployment of Active Directory domain-based model, Macintosh OS-x and ISP connectivity (T1). Provided multi-location full IT support. Monitored and minimized workstation and server downtime optimizing performance. Developed Applescripts to automate tasks between OS and databases. Identified and resolved equipment compatibility issues and managed hardware including printers, memory, video cards and other peripherals. Managed hardware and software upgrades and maintenance programs. Performed maintenance, performance monitoring and daily server backups. Developed and implemented corporate training programs.
